What we collect
When you join the waitlist we store your email address and the approximate time of signup. We do not store your IP address beyond what our hosting infrastructure logs automatically at the network level.
Why we collect it
Solely to send you one email when GG Sports launches. We will not contact you for any other reason without asking first.
What we don't do
We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with any third party for marketing purposes. We do not build profiles, run ads, or use your data for analytics beyond basic signup counts.
Where data is stored
Email addresses are stored on infrastructure hosted in the United States. Data may be processed on servers distributed globally as part of normal content delivery operations.
How long we keep it
We retain your email address until you request removal or until we have sent the launch notification and you have had a reasonable opportunity to unsubscribe. You may request deletion at any time.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@gamegridsports.com. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Changes to this notice
If our data practices change materially, we will update the version number and date at the top of this notice. Continued use of the waitlist form after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised notice.
